What is Turned Vampire?
Turning is an open-world player action. In the clearest clip the Human is knocked down, stands up as a vampire, and immediately has Compulsion. Neck snap works afterward and did not work for that player as a Human. The same session treats the change as reversible.

How do you get Turned Vampire?
Be a living Human and get transformed by another vampire. No shop price was shown. Death blocked an attempt in that recording.
How do you use Turned Vampire?
Move indoors as soon as you turn if it is daytime. Feed or carry blood bags. This is not Cannibal Raised and does not show a level reset.
